Waves were under two feet with a moderate breeze from the north. If not clear then, when?

Just an observation here; I have seen clear blue-green water when the waves were close hitting the walkway (HONESTLY!!!) on the old BHP the day that hurricane Camille hit New Orleans, and seen more than a few days when the wind and waves were light but the water looked like chocolate milk!!!!!  _________________ Dave
