It's good line. Price is good too. Personally I like Fins. There are thinner braids but there is a misconception that thinner is better. Although it gets you more capacity and improved castability due to less wind resistance, I find that you also sacrifice durability and abrasion resistance. When I use really thin line I usually go up in breaking strain so I get more strength too so I can use more drag. Very seldom get spooled so I am not concerned with capacity. Your conditions may differ.

That's funny, I wasn't impressed with the Fins,,, much thicker than others of the same weight.

I've used a number of different braids and so far I like the fins windtamer the best. Haven't tried Daiwa but might have to give it a shot

I like the 40G. It's crazy thin and works well on my spinning reel. I typically use 30# but tried the 45# in the Fins 40G and it is thinner than Powerpro 30#. I like it also because it is one of the only lines that is 100% made in the US.

A friend turned me on to this braid. It has performed well and the price is great.
