I have been looking at a pineapple on the countertop for a few days, and wanted to try something different. Typed in "Entrees ($1.75 word) using pineapple. Saw this and had to make it.

I've done something similar before, but this was really good eatin'! Very Happy
When I next make it though, it will have at least 2-3 jalape
