We invented this once on a RV/fish/campout -
- had our bikes and pedaled to the Lowe's market (formerly IGA Country Boys) in Sattler. We just got creative and bought what they had in the store.

But it's so simple, and came out so good, the recipe has stuck with us.

Blend lump crabmeat, boudin, and grated italian cheese blend

stuff and roast on your grill

I gave it a Go last night, and like most other recipes, I bumped it up a notch.
Only change was I added some fresh chives to the mix, dusted the finished rellenos with paprika, and after they were done in the oven, added a slice of provolone to the top of each and hit it with the broiler for a few minutes!

I got to say, you stumbled onto something! It was really good. The crab and the boudin made for an excellent stuffing.

Cheers, Man!!!
