I caught several mid to upper teens and kept a 22" and an 18". I used Red/White Controlled Descent Paddle Shad rigged in tandem. You can make these lures float with a hook, pretty cool on the second hook of the tandem rig.
You can get them at Bluffs Landing Marina.
