| In a freak accident involving a vacuum cleaner (don't ask), the tip section of my 4-piece, 5 wt TiCrX was splintered beyond recognition. Unable to find my written warranty, I called Temple Fork Outfitters and they said no problem, they will warranty any of their rods. The accident happened one week ago today (a Thursday). So I packed it up at a UPS store here in San Antonio last Saturday, it arrived in Dallas on Tuesday, I got home from work yesterday (Wednesday) and there it was, brand new tip and all - ready to fish less than a week after the accident. I've never experienced anything like this level of customer service. |

Their customer service is amazing, there is no doubt about that! I've had 2 rods replaced by them no questions asked.

| agree sent wife's 8 wt in few years ago due to soft spot on cork handle and they sent new rod. rod was several years old. as good as orvis on service |
