The past 5 days have been fun. I have been hopping jetties with the fly rod and added quite a few species to my fly rod. So far this week if have landed.
Almaco Jack
Snook
Redfish
Trout
Whiting
Pomps
Spanich Mackeral
Hardhead
Gafftop
Jack Cravelle
Skipjack
Sitckleback

Nope just the fly. I also jumped two tarpon. That's actually what Iv'e been targeting but haven't landed one yet. |

Way back, had a Nov blackwater day on the S. Padre jetties with 7 kings, sipping tiny flies on a slow retrieve. Had 400 yds backing on my spool. |
