Should be launching the girl this morning with winds currently 0 in my yard. The winds along the surf are 13-16mph. The barometer is 29.97 and the humidity is at the max reading which is 99% on my read out. It's going to be a nice day but it's going to be a hot one. I will be so glad when it cools off a little. I have a line of friends waiting togo fishing and I plan on taking them all. It's just hard to have a great time when it's so hot and you feel like passing out. I will probably give it a try in the morning if panamayak is up to it. This morning I think I'll get the yards mowed and weeded early, but first coffee. Very Happy I'll be at the house just listen for a mower and you'll find me. Have a great day.

At the ready & standing by for tomorrow. May wade the falling tide on the backside of Mustang Island or hit the surfside of SFPJ. Had a blast C&R undersize trout and reds on a silver spoon last Saturday morning at that spot - was a lot of fun. Caught some small pomps on shrimp Fishbites in the surf near there also.

You guys need to get on those schools of oversize redfish roaming the flats right now, in a few weeks they'll be gone. (unless your looking to stock the freezer). Seems like they'll eat anything, caught a couple on a jig head and a strip of white "t" shirt. Very Happy

stocking the freezer for family reunion and retirement party. It was hot mowing this morning got all 3 yards mowed and weeded by 10:30. Took a cold shower had a pp&j sandwich and a can of sardines now I'm ready for round 2. Going to go get gas and ice for tomorrow.
