So my Dad and I hit Pins Friday morning and stopped at around the 18-19 mm. Hardheads on cut bait and fish bites till about 10:30. Suddenly landed 4 Pomps in about 30 minutes. Bull whiting on fish bites and dead shrimp from 10:30 till about 12: 30. Bite stopped once 1:30 hit. Nothing but more hardheads till 6:00 when we decided to pack it up and head in. All in All ended up with 4 pops largest going 17 inches. 15 whiting, too many to count hardheads and one bluefish. Hoping fishing only gets better from here on out.
