I am a half owner in a floating cabin 1 mile north of Twin Palms going to the Compuerta Pass. I have purchased a home in Baffin Bay and no longer use the cabin. No problem with the partner that is on the cabin. The cabin has a 16X32' foot print with a 10X20' floating deck. The cabin sleeps 6 with a demand RV water system,inside shower with a demand water heater, sink area with counter top, one AC and a spare AC unit, battery inverter light system, new generator and night fishing lights.
