Hit the water about 10am and the water was cleaner than what I expected. not good by any means but a lot cleaner. Wound up catching fish on just about every color I threw. White, tequila and purple. As well as on a crankbait. Wound up catching 15 or 20 undersized trout as well as 5 Keepers. Biggest were 18". Fished from 10 a.m. till about 12:30. Water, as I was coming in, was cleaner than it was when I first went out there. Am reciprocating a fishing trip tomorrow hopefully fishing will be as good if not better and cleaner water. Any idea what the water is like in Nighthawk?

Water looked great in Nighthawk this afternoon.
Caught a few reds in there. |
