Just a note to say this company is incredible. The mrs. had a minor fender bender - backed up into another vehicle. The company was all over it, sent us a check for the difference in our deductible and the repair cost within two days. If you need insurance check them out. I think Big John works for them up in San Antonio. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

| 33 year member here, and still love them. My dad was an original member back when they were USOAA (the "O" was for "officer"). |

44 year member here. They had a rough period a few years back where they got profit oriented like all the others. The board figured it out after a lot of complaints and fired that president. They hired a new one with a military background and went back to being a service oriented company. Been great to work with since. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!

| Glad to know we are doing our job well. I'm going on 2 years working there and am really happy. We are the best in my opinion and I'm not just saying that because I work there. You do not have to be active military. Things have changed over the years. In order to be eligible you simply have had to have previously served. That or your parents served. If they served and you didn't you can still be eligible. If anyone ever has question on auto or property let me know |

| I was able to get USAA insurance back in the 70's since my father was retired military officer. I've been with them ever since. Best customer service I've ever experienced. They also have a banking and investment branch that is just as good. |

I am an employee, this spring will be 9 years. And USAA is military only. Membership criteria was originally officers only, then officers and their decendants, then active enlisted and their decendants, now open to those who have honorably served. You may pass your USAA membership down to your children and they to their children, all with no military service as long as you do not break the chain. Thanks for the kind words Tyler, we try very hard to maintain high standards in all that we do. _________________ But you ain't got no legs Lt. Dan, I know that |
