Was able to get on the water the last week prior to Saturday's major storm. Fished every day Tuesday through Friday and did very well. Fished south to Pure Oil and north to boat hole shamrock and cc bay and the fishing was fantastic. Got soaked multiple times by pop up showers but we were not deterred.

Water clarity was good, lots of grass with few pockets. If you find pockets you find fish. Trout were found in deeper water, 4-6 feet, Reds were all over the water column.

Between the two boats and 8 friends we brought back a minimum of 8-10 reds per day with the best day being 19 between the boats.

Everything was caught on shrimp and corks.

Tide was very hide. Up easily 1.5 to 2 foot every where.

The surf was tough. 6-8 foot waves and very rough, we did not even attempt to go.

Lots of birds on the ulm.

Get out there! I wish I was there right now post storm.
