| Headed to Marathon Key in the Florida Keys in a few weeks and want to do at least one full day with a Florida fishing guide. Wife is not interested in off-shore, so we will be looking for tarpon, reds, snook, trout. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. |

Might have better luck asking this question on the FloridaSportsmen forum. Its one of their biggest fishing forums. And i think the site is broken down in regions too (east coast/keys/west coast, etc) _________________ Work is for people who dont know how to fish! |

I really don't have any guides to recommend but as for snook you'll have a better shot more towards Islamorada & around the Everglades. The prime tarpon time is usually May/June but there can be resident fish anywhere. I can PM you some coordinates where we found lobster and hogfish near Marathon about a month ago if you're considering renting a boat... Good luck! _________________ "I never had an Easter, but I've always had a bunch of speakers" - Beardo |
