Has anyone been to the 20's today? How's the high tide? Thinking of going down today or tomorrow for a couple of days...

Hopefully someone will chime in for you by the end of the day. I only went about twelve miles down this morning, but the driving to that point was easy. There was a little grass, but fishable. I saw people pulling out skip jacks, whiting and I caught my limit of specks in less than two hours. Hope that helps a little.

Driving was mostly 2wd all the way to the 30. Just a few small soft spots. If we didn't stop in it we wouldn't have needed 4wd

Ditto. Went down to 29 today. Looked for the 30 sign but could not find it?!?!?!

Everything to the 20s is 2WD, from there to the 30s, there is a couple of spots that were getting soft and needed 4WD, but nothing bad. My Jeep could have slugged through, but went to 4WD for maybe 100 yards at a time.

Beach was beautiful, strong S-N current, some birds working. Cownose rays in the 1st gut, and the occasional sheepshead working the first gut.

Good luck, it was HARD PACKED last week, but starting to soften up.
