Observations from 361:
Tide's out, wind's up, birds flying, boats on the water (insert your lyrics here). The ramps were relatively light with traffic but lots of boats on the roads headed that way. Many boats camped out on the leeward side of 361. Only saw one boat at Cummins Cut on the Steadman side. The rest of the Steadman area was empty of boats, kayaks and bank fishermen.
