I have a 2003 optimax 30" shaft but can be made into a 25" with 314 hour with controls smart craft gauges and cover that i took off of a boat. I had a survey done on the boat they ran the boat and the motor fired right up and ran with no problems as is in the survey i can show u. i just took it off and put it on a stand. avg retail 5400.00. with no controls are gauges. I'll take 4000.00 OBO with all the gauge and controls. i have pics and video of it running i can send to any one that want them. thanks Jeff 361-816-0270
