How do you fillet this kind of fish? Honestly I have never skinned one of this variety. Colorful little booger.

I usually fillet those using a bench top band saw!!!!  |

Thats a rare catch...i remember my late uncle catching one of those around sabine pass years ago on a plum chartreuse wood chip..or maybe not...lol _________________ FISH ON!!! |
