My fishing buddy has been taking me to his ranch to get a 8 pt. I saw more deer and nice ones at that. There was one 13 point that would have scored 148. With time running out I finally took an old 8 with broke off tine and g2. What a blast.

No high fence, 600 acres and two of his stands have fencing around feeder to keep the hogs out.

Well I shot this with rifle. First deer not shot with bow in over 15 years. Had the chance for a really big one so I gave up on bow after 4 hunts. Plus a lot of friends and family count on getting deer sausage each year, so I needed to deliver. Lol
