I got a 16 foot semi v for cheap I'm looking to do a outboard and jackplate setup to run skinny mainly for duck hunting and fishing. I was looking at some manual jackplates but need info on these things. Thanks

Cause it will drop to ZERO. When I do that I already have it going back down to get the pressure back up. This happens when I run over a very shallow spot. However I have never lost water through the pee tube.
