Planning a trip in a couple weeks and want to try places I have never been before, Little Mitch is one of them. Could someone give me an accurate distance? Need to plan for time/gas. I know it's 30-ish from PA, but not sure of from Packery. I want to combine it with a couple other spots, but unsure of the total trip. Thanks.

Not exactly a big secret, it's on the Hook and line maps.

Is there a computer app i can use for this?

From Packery,

NL 27"20.77'

WL 97"08.20'

Those coordinates are just shy of 17 miles from Packery Channel. What kind of structure is Little Mitch?

Not quite sure. It says "banks" on a few websites, so I'm guessing rocks. It's pretty shallow and a large area. Rises higher than the regular bottom at 50-80 ft with a rig nearby only a few miles from the beach.

I thought it was 17 miles out of Port Mansfield to the Liberty Ships, not Packery.
