I've toured the near-by-to-me piers (10 miles range). I often fish with friends, some of whom have special needs.

I would like to congratulate Red Dot for meeting the most of my requirements: the pier is in good condition, it's wide enough to walk past others, no need to haul flimsy folding chairs since there is available seating, restrooms are available (though a little narrow), store with basic needs (bait, tackle, food/drinks), lighted, it's always open, and wheelchair accessible (parts of it).

I wish they'd make a facebook page, though.

It does get crowded out there some days. Maybe they'll consider making another extension?
