Anybody know where I can get a piece of heavy duty expanded metal 4 ft by 4 ft? I'm making a platform for a deer blind so it makes no difference if the expanded metal is "new" or "vintage". It just has to be heavy duty enough that a man can stand on it and it not bend. Of course on a piece that size, I will have supports under it. Thanks for your suggestions.

You might try any of the metal recycling/salvage yards like CMC or H & H iron and metal. I get mine from recycling place here in San Antonio.

I might have what your looking for. I've got a bunch of stuff.... scrap..... junk..... treasure.... lol at our lease in Victoria we need to get rid of. Old feeders and a couple of old stands. One is a platform or tripod about that size. It will be a couple weeks before I get back down there but I will take a look if your not in a hurry.
