Was able to sneak out of work and try my new Penn Conflict reel. I have used Penn Battles and caught many fish but they last only a couple of years. Decided to spend a few more dollars on the Conflict. It was broke in with a 26 inch Trout followed by a 27 inch Red. The reel has a really smooth drag and powerful on big fish. Lost another large Red after it tangled in the drift sock. Not a bad afternoon on the water.
