Just wondering what everyone thinks are the best jig heads to use with gulp shrimp? Also what spoons work best for specs and reds?

Same jigheads you would use for other soft plastics. Suggest not using screw on heads. If the gulp dries on it it would be hell trying to cut it off.

Any certain brand and I'm guessing either 1/8 or 1/4?

I usually use norton. 1/16-1/8. 1/4 if the current is ripping or I'm dredging the bottom for flatties.

The cheapest, easiest jig head that pulls off easy... Gulps will become one with their jighead
