I'm in SA but my boat is on the island. It has some carpet I want to get rid of and have gel coat instead. Any advice on where to get this done? I'm looking for "reasonable" but will take cheap if anyone knows someone in the area there that does this.

| I am pretty sure fibertex off of yorktown will do it. You can save yourself some money by doing the prep work first, taking the carpet out, sanding etc... Hope this helps. |

I learned my lesson trying to cut corners and save some money. I bought the materials from them and got sound advice on how to apply. After screwing it all up royally, costing myself 400.00 and starting all over, I had them do it right for an additional $500.00 and it is beautiful. It is well worth getting the professionals to do it once and do it right. Go by and visit their shop. You won't be disappointed. |

| Kevin at Fibertex is great. Had them spray the gel coat on my camper after it flipped on its side in Houston. Turned out great. Never through there were so many colors in white. |

While you are there pick up a Stiffy fishing pole. Kevin's guy make a good rod I have 6 of them and have no complaints.
