| I must say they have outstanding customer service just got off the phone with them and they were very helpful. I just bought an EXW80 new it gets here Friday. I take it out of box looking it over and the push pin to change gears is bent. So I call the company I bought it from and they say oh it was fine when it left here. Don't think so it was packed good. Just chaps my butt they didn't call me and say we have a small issue and we're getting it fixed and the reel will be in the mail next week. Big thanks to Avet for helping and sending me a replacement part.[/u] |
