FYI, there are some Facebook sites associated with web sties that are remarkably similar to Corpusfishing.com. Corpusfishingclub.com and Corpuchristifishing.com are not affiliated with me or my site. They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Consider me flattered, I think Crying or Very sad

Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook if you agree. I think competition is great and I don't mind it and I hope they put out a good product, I just want people to know that they are not connected to this site.

I've been doing this for 13 years and if they think they can do better so be it.

That being said in order to keep ahead I could use some updates for reports on Bob Hall Pier, Packery or any other places you all have fished Very Happy

As for reports, I wish I had more to say.

We hit up north packery for a few hours last Wednesday. No sheepshead yet, in fact we couldn't give away a shrimp, but the water in the channel and surf side was looking great and water temps are starting to rise a little bit. Based on the last few winters, the sheepies usually start getting hot this week, but with the cold winter and all these tightly packed fronts I'm betting it may be delayed a bit. After this next front on Thursday I'll betcha it turns on. Parking/driving was really bad on the sand, so I recommend parking at the boat ramp. The two of us were half the people fishing on the rocks. Seems like the jetties are in a holding pattern, but I have a hunch its about to heat up.

I put a Baffin report up on Monday with pics, hope this helps. I think you need to make the message board easier to find. I refer a lot of people to this site and they can never find the message board bc the link is so small and at the very top left side of the screen, you can barely see it. Honestly when I first visited corpusfishing years ago I never noticed the message board, I always just clicked on the links that said Baffin, Laguna, Surf, etc bc it jumped out at me. Somebody actually told to click on the message board at the very top left then on general saltwater discussion and it opened a whole new world. I thought the reports on the left under the links with the geographic names were the only reports and they weren't updated very often so I would lose interest.
