Hornet football remains unbeaten to date!!

Where did the historical marker go that use to be at the exit of the Bluff on S.P.I.D. The pole remains, but the sign is gone... Confused

Does anyone know the name of the new hotel that is being built (as you come into the Bluff from C.C.?

Regarding the Laguna Shores head on accident earlier this month. I heard the driver in the utility vehicle was a teacher at the Bluff? Anyone know what grade she teaches and the drivers status?

Cheers!

Yes! There is some temporary signage on the fence of that property.

On another note, have you had your procedure done yet?

Yes I know the name of the new hotel, but I can't think of it right now.

Was the missing marker made of a sellable type of metal? May explain why its missing.

Yes it will be Howards, and if it ain't good it will fail like the Sparrows Nest.
What the Bluff needs is a real American diner and a Wafflehouse.

Go Hornets..... Very Happy

I can't believe how much junk they left in the waters edge post accident.

It would be the ultimate place for early morning get togethers.

Last night I went to Red Dot to cast up some trout. On Laguna Shores just north of Stripes a truck was driven into the shoulder and was predictably stuck.

And what happened to Sparrow's Nest? Was in there once shortly after it opened and it was real nice inside. The owners dropped serious bank on the remodel and I'd regularly see lots of cars there.

Then it went belly up.

The "Bluff" has a lot of character, with more apparently on the way.(Hoping for A Waffle House, myself) Go Hornets! They are looking tougher as the season goes along, while GP has apparently became a "School of the Fine Arts!" (I did hear that their choir will be singing back-up for "Foreigner" for a couple songs next Sunday) Shocked "ST" I hope all goes well and you are back on the water this winter. Wink Today I am cleaning out my "Whaler" so I can try the "Laguna Madre" once the water temperature starts dropping with these "Northers." I am hoping for a couple more of these!

The service was bad so was the food and niether matched the high prices, the bar was not stocked. You know how it is when you walk into a place get served and at the end of the meal ( if you finish it ) you say " I'll never come back here" ? Well that's the way I felt and some other's I have talked to. Bella Luna has good food.....and they are still in business.

Sounds like I didn't miss anything. I'll stick to Laguna reef for bluff seafood. Bella luna is good. The owner used to work civil service also. The Stromboli is great and under $6!
