Anyone have anything to report? Curious how fishing went down with this weather?

I have been fishing the bay side of sunset lake here in portland the last few nights. We have been getting setup around six, and nothing until it gets dark. Just got in and i caught a 29 inch red, 21" red and a 20" mangrove snapper along with a few rat reds. It has been the same each time ive gone out there, no bites until dark or 20-30 minutes after dark, all on live mullet. I hooked into something that i thought i had missed, as i reeled the slack out of it, it made a run and broke the snap swivel off the cheap pre made leader i had bought at tackle town

The Mrs. and I went out near the end of the PA jetties to fish and watch sailboats in the harvest moon regatta come in yesterday. One hardhead and cut off by 2 smacks, then took 4 waves over the bow and decided that was enough. Came back to the fina docks and saw a few reds caught, nada for us. Today, windier than hell and went to Aransas Pass to try to help a co-worker repair his boat trailer.
