That's the third version of this model. I like it. When I replace v1 with at v2, I notice there was not much behind a seat. I couldn't fit a small chest back there anymore so I had to get a fish bag if I fished from the yak. v2 tracked a lot better than the v1 because it had more of a keel on it. Does v3 still have the same keel of the v2?

I ordered this kayak at High Trails in Garland TX for $409. It just happens to be the closest to the house. You can get the old version at Academy for $359. According to them, they will not get the new version until they sell the over 100 they have in stock.
Another outfit in Dallas could get the new version at an 8% discount but only in green. I didn’t want to be in a boat that was the same color as some of the water I fish. As far as I can tell, the only change they made was the molding for the cooler about 11 ½ x17 ½.
I got the seat at Academy for $69. I got a Carlisle paddle for a close out price of $9. I am looking for the 6” screw in hatch w/ cat bag. So far the best deal is at Austin Kayak.com.
