Where might one buy a sifter for flour used to bread fish and shrimp? I have been doing it the old fashion way but now need an easier way to bread fish.

could have easily drove around town looking for it but not much for wasting gas....hit and run....get what I need and I'm outta there!!!
Almost afraid to go into Jean's....there's always something more that we always think we need...lol

That's so old school.  I use plastic bags nowadays. But then again paper is more eco friendly.

I have been using the Cajun Injector Batter Pro for a year now and like it.
I have done onion rings, shrimp, fish , Okra, green tomatoes, etc.
I give it as a Christmas Gift to at least on person every year.
