I received a update from the City last week that the long delayed parking- lot
repair projects for Billings and Clem's marinas will start at the end of the month. The contractor, Garrett Const. hasn't said which boat ramp will be close first but as soon as I find out I'll let you know.

I really doubt if it gets done right, the City has sponsored and engineered the project so I'm pretty sure it will be screwed up, I understand that TP&W
asked the City "what happened to the grant money?" and why the project wasn't started a few years ago. The city has had the funds well over 5 years.

funny how money goes missing in this city... probably has nothing to do with city management hiring their in-laws, cousins, brothers, sisters, etc in every function of city government they can... The corruption is rapant in this town. |

X3' have you tried getting a sign permit from the city lately? 21 days for a professionally installed and constructed channel letter sign. When I asked why so long the straight faced reply was, that is how long it takes. Have a nice day. Unbelievable...... |
