The wife and i were asked to be the adults at our 18 year olds party in Galveston with 9 other buddies and girls, plus another older couple. Sounded kinda iffy to me but we agreed. All in all we had a great time with all the kids and no one got into any serious trouble. ( including me) We spent Sunday on the beach and managed to catch just under 40 nice whiting. The kids all had a blast and I truly enjoyed teaching the few who had no experience how to fish. After we got back to the house I put on a fish fry that I think would have even made IMS proud.
Oh and yes the beach was packed but everyone seemed to behave themselves. |
