Let's get this thing organized! To avoid any confusion, I think we should consider this the official thread for the trip.
Based on Tyler's research, below is my recommendation.

Based on the feedback on this thread, we will choose a date (hopefully sooner rather than later) that suits the best interest of everyone. Then, we'll solidify who is going. I'll be keeping an excel spreadsheet to keep the names and information organized.
Please note, this will have to be a first come, first serve sort of deal. No favorites, no exceptions! I'll do my best on this thing.

Well Gang,
I've got many emails. There are two things that everyone who's contacted me has in common. They can all do Sunday, June 2nd, and not a single one mentioned their desire to do an 8 hour trip instead of the 12 hour. I wish I could keep the "public comment" period open longer on this trip, but I have 13 folks ready to rock and roll (that includes guests).
Therefore, I've reserved Sunday, June 2nd 12 hour at Deep Sea Headquarters on the Pelican (didn't want to lose the oportunity to make sure everyone goes home with at least some of THE Red Snapper).
I'm paying the deposit today after work.
Of the 13 people I have signed up, I still need some information. Everyone who signs up or has signed up must provide me their screen name, real name, phone number and if you agree with the date. (some emails had names, but no screen name but got that figured out). I hope to get an email from everyone, but not required. My email is eric.blacka@yahoo.com and my cell phone number is 361-980-6969, and no I didn't pick that phone number. Text is awesome because I won't be able to chat while at work, but can text from time to time.
Below is a list of who and what I need.
Ray - First and last name. Phone number.
shallowsport - First and last name. Phone number.
Deputydawg - First and last name. Phone number.
FIDO (+1) - I think I know all my info... 
lifeaquatic - Fist and Last name. Phone number.
Poops2260 (+1) - First and last name. Phone number.
LoneOak - Phone number.
cuzn dave (+1) - You're good. Gig 'Em!
HardScience - First and last name. Phone number.
Horse51 - First and last name. Phone number.
That's 13 signed up for the Sunday, June 2nd 12 hour charter on the Pelican.
