Woke up and was on the water by sunrise. Windy windy windy is all I can say about the trip. Its that time of the year and you just have to learn how to deal with it I guess. The water at the mouth of Baffin was very dirty clearing the closer you got to the cut. We first tried 9 mile with not a whole lot of success so moved to the flats off the cut and ran into drum and reds. You really had to present the dead shrimp to them very well in order to get them to take. Was nice to finally get some sight casting in! Summer is getting closer (please excuse the skip jack we were going to use it for bait and forgot it was in the chest haha)

Looks like it was a good trip. We went to Baffin and on the way back the wind was kicking butt,

awesome mess of fish - skipjack included. Sightcasting is tough to beat.
