Took the clan down today, plus one mother in law Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad! HAHA!

Got down in the twenties around 10am and the water was a pretty green! 1-2 footers and a DEEP 1st gut! Pelicans and gulls dive bombing the wade and 1st gut! Looked like it was about to get fishy! Got my first line out and before I could cast my second the Tsunami was dancin! Nice pomp!

Caught a few more pomps and caught a few whiting for bait! Then casted some whiting head/chunks for some shark action! Had 2 furious runs on the bg30 with no avail! Jacks I believe....

5 foot BT

4'11 1/2 BT haha
As usual the kid had a blast!!!

Cheesin as usual.....

Some people rate the success of their trip on fish caught..... I rate it on how fast she goes to sleep once she gets in the truck! Sleep fast=great trip!

This little guy had sharp teeth, killer sharp fins on top, and some razor sharp gill plates! A little help with the species....

Found this little guy, he walked up to me, obviously adolescent, park patrol wouldn't take him so we are going to drop him off in port A Tomm! Stan fed him some fresh pompano!

I haven't looked in my bird book yet. It's fiesty and should live with no problem. Nice report. Bamared has turned into quite the fisherman. I'm impressed. They are also great neighbors.

That's great for a day trip! Birds working makes me happy! Can't wait to get back down. And x2 on Butter Perch. Caught em up and down PINS. Not sure if they good to eat but I've never had any luck with them as bait.

Not sure on the bird. Ugly little fellar. Kinda looks like a bird I had get wrapped in my Shark lines once. The Red eye anyway. I can't find the pic to compare. Don't know the name anyway.

Found it. I thought someone had posted what it was called on my report from last year but guess not. It was also in March so I'm guessing same species.

Cool trip
Sean

An old Indian man made them! He lives on the banks of the Rio Grande. He's a grumpy ol $## so you have to make sure you don't wake him up before 10... When you get to his place you have to knock on the door 6 times normally and then open palm slap on the 7th.... When the door opens go to the right..... DO NOT GO TO THE LEFT!!!! You will come to another door where you will be asked several riddles! You must answer 2 of the 3.... When the door opens you must hop scotch your way to the back door where he will be waiting...... Give him $20 and touch your right index finger to the tip of your nose at which time he will hand you directions to a house in flour bluff off Caribbean where an even grumpier Indian man lives who shark fishes and makes leaders... Shocked Shocked
