Kinda silly question but......
Has anyone seen gators in the Corpus area or how close are they?
Also, has anybody seen the one that's supposed to be at PINS? |

I've heard that they're pretty commonly seen around oso creek. _________________ I like fishies |

| Haven't heard of, or seen, any around hear. Have heard reports of them around Aransas Pass but have never fished that area myself. |

| There was a smallish one [ 4-5 feet] seen in the canals of Padre Island. It had gotten up on someone's kayak ramp and was sunning itself last year. |

Wow, thanks!
A lot more than I was expecting. Oso creek. Oso golf course and the canals REALLY surprise me. |

I think Golla got a picture of one on PINS. I know of three that have been found in Flour Bluff. I got a small one at Lakeview Pond a few years back. Not common, but they're around. _________________ "Ya'll must eat a lot of fish" |

Spotted this one in the Padre canals by the poop dump station... he was glowing in the dark.
Just kidding. Neat to hear of the reports around Corpus! |

Pretty common. I hit one with the boat a few years back not far from NAS. He was big enough to kick the motor up.
They were always dragging them out of the Oso and Nueces river when I was a kid in the 70's. |

| Holy cow! that's quite a bit of sightings near the areas I fish. I have seen plenty out at Aransas Pass and the river. Makes me not want to fish alone. |
