Headed north of the JFK looking for reds. A buddy told me they had been catching them around the high lines and NASCC. Nothing for us on the north side so headed south.
To keep it short we found a lot of trout. All the fish where holding in the deeper water. Only caught one keeper, in water less than 3', everything else was 4'-5'. Then the wind got to howling so much we went in.
