Quick photo report from a short evening trip:

I see your horse ride on the beach and raise you a camel ride... this is a PINS first for me!

I like the caracaras but don't see them often enough...

Outgoing tide - first poles in the water at around 6pm. Waves were 2-4ft, surf slightly offcolor.

The bite started quick with a nice pomp on the first rod (shrimp/pink fish bites) in the water... then a whiting for some cut bait... then, couldn't find the fish.

Finally a hit on cut whiting.

Couldn't find any more reds but got back into the pomps for the last 30 minutes of the afternoon.

CPR'd the red, brought home 5 nice sized pomps to feed the family tomorrow. Likely could have done very well on the pomps but I was only fishing one rod with shrimp/fishbites.

Awesome! Good Job!

I don't even know why I've always wanted a Camel. And chickens, I love chickens.

Meant to include in the initial report that crowds were not bad at all that late and thinned out quit a bit more after the 5. Go early, leave early or go late and enjoy a sunset.

As for the camel - I had to get a picture or I don't think anyone would have believed me!

Great report!

Andy I like the idea of fishing from a Camel, New Bait deployment?

I think I've seen everything now.
