Had a buddy come down from Denton this weekend for a little South Texas fishing expedition. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the cleanup this time around, but thanks to anyone who did and hope to see everyone next year! We fished Lake Falcon Saturday for bass and PINS yesterday. Despite unfavorable conditions we still managed a good day of fishing. Weed covered the beach the whole way until our stop at the 20. Driving was OK at best but got bad at around noon when the tide came up and left only the high road. Despite being weeded out constantly we still managed to pick up a mix of redfish, black drum, pomps, and whiting. All fish today were caught on shrimp/fishbites combo.

TFTR bro! Looks like you still had a good time out there.
BTW I'm going to be picking up a sightly modded PENN Super 6/0 that is clean and in great condition.
