Launched the boat around high noon this afternoon, and headed to one of my Redfish holes... The water color was off, but there was a lot of bait. Fished deeper water, 4-6 feet and ended up with 2 reds & 1 trucha in the box along with about 20+ throwback trucha.... Overall it was a great day, as soon as I got back to the Causeway the wind whipped up from the NNE @ about 25+mph. So it was perfect timing on getting the boat back on the trailer. I will add the pics when I get back to my house...

Cool, I can't wait for the report and pictures. The hard winds last night and early this morning probably stirred things up just a bit. I was surprised how quickly the winds dropped off. It sure made things a little more pleasant on the golf course this morning!  |

IT SURE DID MAKE IT PLEASANT... It was the calm before the storm, I'm at HEB picking up some rib eyes, New York strips, fresh veggies, bleu cheese crumbles, 2 bottles of high dollar red wine, 12 pack of dos XX, sour cream, butter, and a lot more, oh yea and some more mesquite charcoal.... I'll post pics as soon as I can. My wife wanted black & bleu steaks, so I am about to fire up the bbq pit... My fish are chillin in bout 20lbs of ice...

The steaks were HEAVENLY Zia !!!!! I'm so full that I haven't been able to move much... Jst sitting on my comfortable sectional watching Wicked Tuna and sippin on some fine wine with my beautiful wife. Life is GOOOOOOOD !!!! I think I will post the pics of my fishin trip in the mornin
