| hey guys, i know i don't post much but i always read the forums for my saltwater fix. I am getting married next june in aransas pass, at the mansion by the sea which is on the intercoastal on the channel. For the "sendoff" after the wedding we really want to have everybody see us get on a boat and the boat would take us to port aransas (woody's), where we will have our hotel room. This would need to happen around 11PM or a little after. Wanted to see if anyone on this site would be willing to help us out and stay sober that night and take us, hopefully for nominal fee since weddings are already expensive enough! Not looking for a huge yacht, a 20ft. bay boat would be just fine. Thanks guys and hopefully someone can help me make my fiance the happiest bride ever she really wants this! |

Now THAT would be a sight...you and your new bride pulling away from the dock as the onlookeers try to read what's on the back of my yellow Mosca..."El Jefe De La Laguna"!!! Hahahaha...sounds like a neat idea and I'm sure there's SOMEONE on this board that has a nice boat that could make your bride's dreams come true... |

I recommend you post your request a whole lot closer to the date as most of us do not know if we will be alive, have a boat running, live here, and so many other variables.
I know this does not bode well for the fianc |

Gib, trust me that's exactly what i told her lol... i told her the way a fisherman works, they don't make plans 6 months in advance but, then she reminded me how a bride works... she been planning for 6 months already lol... I figured i'd just throw it out there and get the ball rolling atleast. Maybe someone is retired loving life down there and knows they will do a good deed and be around in 6 months ... and we love being the king huntnetime! |

Better have a good plan B, just in case the weather gets to be a factor! _________________ E Pluribus Unum |
