Made this on 12.11.2012, for the first time. Everyone who had it has raved nicely about it. Blowing my on horn, sorry.
Didn't measure out anything.
1. Fish fillets. (I used trout)
2. Diced onion, broccoli, and celery.
3. Cheese, shredded
Season and steam cook the fish.
Prepared the rice in a rice cooker. Added soy sauce to the water of the rice cooker.
As the rice was in the last stage of cooking add the diced veggies.
Pour everything into a large bowl. Add fish, touch of olive oil, sprinkle of kosher salt, course black pepper, dash of Lousianna hot sauce and the shredded cheese (note to heavy). Mix well
Place in casserole pan/dish, cover, and cook at 400 for 15-20 min.
Remove cover and a top layer of shredded cheese and return to over until the cheese is well melted, about 5-10 minutes.. |
