First post here, long time lurker (:
Hit up North Packery about two weeks ago for a day of fishing with the pops. Started at sunrise and set out some poles with live mullet in our favorite spot (Not saying which rock, but let's just say you dont have to be on the end to catch some fish lol)
From the time we got there the trout bite was ON! It was fish after fish, some keepers lots of dinks. Around 12 the bite shut off and it was DEAD. Waited a couple of hours to see if the bite would turn on and it did. Picked up 2 more trout and 2 nice flounder. Left around 4. Had a great time and got some nice fish.
Lost what would have been my biggest flounder to date, tried to lift him instead of net him  Ended with 6 nice trout (16"-20") and 2 flounder.
