I caught 3 of these on Wednesday night. I'll give you a hint as to where it was also.....(top left corner of the pic). The only place I've seen these caught other than several years ago at the Port A jetties, were at the packery jetties. Good to know that they're in our bays as well. They were all about the same size, but man do they put up a fight for their size. 14-18" range.

Pretty neat catch - I've caught 2 not far from the canals on padre island, south of where you were. At that size the fight reminds of me a feistier largemouth bass. _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |

| Very nice! It seems every year more and more snook are caught in places they werent the year before. Fantastic to see them making a healthy comeback as well as the tarpon in our bays. |
