Went out into the laguna this AM and it was really uncomfortable on the water. Glasses fogging up and sweat dripping down my face. Besides that I thought my boat was Noah's ark. Caught 2 lizard fish, 2 needlenose gar, 2 skipjacks, 2 perch, 2 18" reds and 2 17" trout. Came home after about 1 1/2 hrs. on the water. Both my dog and I had enough of the heat. I would pour water over him and he wouldn't even shake it off.
Am going to try again in the PM. I think. Definitely hitting the surf in the AM though. Hopefully conditions will be different from Wed. |

Sounds like you just needed 2 sheepies, 2 pigfish, 2 toad fish, and 2 sea robins to fill the ark. Thanks for the report Zia _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |

I was replacing brake pads in the afternoon, and "yea...it was hot!!!". Even under the shade of the trees in the front yard. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I'm done, the wind finally turns and Mother Nature finally turned on the AC..... |
