Hit the jetty's Saturday morning. Had a new couple to join us. Greg & Jennifer, (first timers) Conditions were not good. The wind was blowing 20 to 30mph, bait was hard to find. Had to chunck lures until we could catch some bait. Alot of under size reds 17" to 19" on gold spoons. The new guy caught his first keeper red. The wife caught a keeper red. I managed seven mangrove snapper. Finished the day with our catch with some fresh jumbo shrimp, at island cafe to cook our dinner.
(Good Stuff)!! Started early this morning looking for trout. No luck just ladyfish. I lost a big flounder on a rattle trap at my feet. Pick-up some live shrimp to start the day on the rocks. Little more bait in the water & the wind was better. Ended up finally getting my flounder 18" & 9 snapper. Charlotte added 2 snapper & C/R a 38" red. Not our best trip but it was good to spend time with friends!! Laughing Here's some pictures of our trip. Confused
Sun rise Saturday.

The wife's red.

One of my snapper.

Greg's first keeper.

Greg also caught a gag grouper with was released.

My flounder.

Charlotte's bull.

Charlotte's husband Scott releasing her red.

This is what we added to our next fish fry - the flounder that's dinner tomorrow. Laughing
