Finally back to the Backyard for a quick afternoon fish. About five minutes into it bam redfish. We fished from 4pm to 6 pm and ended up with 1 red 1 drum and 2 trout. Released several and lost a few. Nice to start fishing with lures again. sorry no pics.

Put the following into Google Earth:

48 23 55.86 N 9 59 31.57E

Oh wait.... Thats Ulm, Germany. That's where I spent the better part of 2 years guarding Pershing II nuclear missiles way back in my Army days in the early 80's!! Cool

(The huge church steeple that this location takes you to has a cornerstone engraved with the 1500's!!!) Way Cool place.

Corpus Christi bay system is different than the Upper Laguna Madre bay system. The ULM is a primary bay. Baffin is a secondary bay within the ULM system. CC bay is a primary bay with Nueces and Oso as secondaries. So CC Bay is not a part of he ULM.
