Hey guys... i have been going to port a for many years and never purchased a permit, or been ticketed.. but this past month while with my buddy yakking the surf he was ticketed, and another buddy got ticketed at packery ealier in the year.. guess they are enforcing it more now.. my question is, is it just one pass that will cover me from the Port A jetties to packery channel? I know both buddies got tickets from corpus P.D... Just curious if i needed 2 passes or just one. THanks!

I got one at packery a few years back. I contested it since the store I stopped at was out of them and the guy that sits at the entrance wasnt there at 0600. This was in September, they told me if it went to court it might be January of that next year. I never heard anything again on it.
